Archives and Records Management

The primary purpose of the Presbyterian Church Archives is to ensure that accurate, authentic and reliable records documenting the work of The Presbyterian Church in Canada (from its beginning to the present) are properly managed, preserved and accessible for use. With this in mind, we hope the following resources will be of help to you in ensuring the life and work of your own church, presbytery, synod or committee, is documented and preserved.

Reminder: According to Appendix G-4.4 in the Book of Forms there is a no mould policy in effect at the Archives. Any records with evidence of either mould or mildew should contact the Archivist directly for instruction. These records should not be sent to the Archives without consultation.
